EmailBot is a tool for sending email blasts to addresses that reside in MySQL databases on your web hosting accounts. It is a powerful tool for emailing customers that you haven't captured in an autoresponder, and without having to go through a tedious process of extracting those addresses manually. Using the integrated query builder, you can easily mail only customers who purchased a particular product, haven't purchased from you in a long time, or any other criteria based upon the information in your database. You may also import email lists into a database, then mail to those addresses. For example, you may download your entire Paypal history and mail all of the customers whose email addresses you never successfully captured.
EmailBot manages your MySQL databases with Company Profiles, and email lists with Account Profiles. You save each database and mail server configuration as a Company Profile, then build an unlimited number of Account Profiles containing the parameters for each email recipient list under the Company Profile. You may build your email lists using the integrated Query Builder, or can enter the syntax for the query manually. After creating your email message, you simply chose which list or lists to send it to, click send, and the application begins mailing.
